Spending some time with Aaron Fresh Exclusive Video Interview

With his fresh mix of pop, R&B and even a dash of reggae stylings, young sensation Aaron Fresh is ready to take the music scene by storm– and with over 100,000 Twitter followers and millions of YouTube fans already on board, it’s just a matter of time before the rest of the world takes notice in a BIG way!

Spending a large chunk of his early childhood in Trinidad, Fresh gained an authentic appreciation for reggae, dub and calypso music, and has since weaved these worldly sounds into his catchy pop cannon.  As a child, Fresh bode his time between diving headlong into music, and being quite the cut up with his friends– he was known as quite a practical joker!

From his official bio:

“My friend Keyshawn and I always do practical jokes and once I decided to do a coin trick where you put a coin on your forehead and count the times you can hit your forehead on a table before it falls off,” recalls Aaron.  ”So I put a coin on my forehead and did it six times.  Then I said to Keyshawn, ‘Bet you can’t beat it!’ and I pressed the coin to his head really hard but kept the coin in my hand without him knowing.  He reached 161 times before he realized that the coin wasn’t there! Good times!”

By way of friends, Fresh was introduced to America’s Got Talent host Nick Cannon (someone who knows a think or two about ability!) who overheard him singing, and from there the rest is history!

Celebrity Jabber’s Christina Giuseppe was lucky enough to sit down with Fresh on the cusp of super-stardom, and she learned a lot about what makes this versatile star tick!

“I’ve always had an interest in music, I’ve always wanted to be in the entertainment business period,” Fresh told CJ.  ”I’ve always wanted to be known. My first album was an N’Sync album– I just loved music. It made me feel good.  I just went with it, straight up.”

As we speak, Fresh is working on the accompanying video for his newest single “Real Lovin,” which is already doing huge numbers on Youtube, iTunes and Soundcloud– and he’s perfectly willing to humbly give credit where credit is due for it’s catchy brilliance.

“Actually I can’t take credit for it, it was written by Keenan Moore and produced by Drew Clifton.  Keenan played that song for me and I just felt it. [Originally] It didn’t say ‘this is a new day now,’  I put that in– it’s a new day for me, I wanted to make it my own.”

Fresh’s sweet sounds and crooning have gotten the ladies talking, you can be sure of that… check out his Twitter for proof!  And no matter how humble the singer, it’s hard to deny the fun of wooing the females with the power of song.

“I don’t [Sing for the ladies] just to be like (singing) ‘Hey, my name is Aaron!’  When they ask me what I do, I say ‘hey, I’m a singer.’  And people will be like, can you sing for me? And a lot of people are shy, I’m like, ‘I’m not shy, I’ll sing for you.’  And the next thing you know it’s like, ‘Oh my gosh..’  so it’s cool.”

And if you need proof of his power, look no further than our exclusive interview video, where not only did Fresh sing some acapella for us, but he even went one further and woo’ed our own Christina Giuseppe!  Now that’s confidence!

Fresh is hard at work on the video for “Real Lovin,” especially doing the choreography for the dancing in the video, which he admits has been fun but a challenge.  Also watch out for his new mixtape coming soon.  Check out his links below and be able to say you knew him before he was a household name!
